We fit a lot into each session!
The first session includes and detailed history-taking, observation and assessment and all sessions include a thorough treatment using The Jing Method (heat, fascial work, trigger points, accupressure, stretching and self-help strategies)
Why not treat the whole body?
A treatment for a particular area, e.g. the lower back, requires an hour. Why not book a 90-minute treatment to work on the whole body as well as just your particular problem area?

You can book as many or as few sessions as you wish; please note that the protocol anticipates a discernible difference being made within six weekly treatments.
